The new 4. 1  release extends  the specification to encompass higher line-rates for LTE (Long Term Evolution). A variety of CPRI products have been made available to the market by the individual CPRI Parties.

CPRI specifications version 1.4, 2.1, and 3.0 are now available for download. Version 3.0 contains the addition of WiMAX, an increase in the line bit rate and the inclusion of change requests. Version 1.4 and 2.1 is unchanged.
