Definitions
Definitions
"Specification"
shall mean the digitized Radio Base Station
internal interface specification as further
described in the "Specification"
section of the CPRI homepage
(see www.cpri.info/spec.html).
"Parties" shall mean the five
companies cooperating to define the CPRI
Specification: Ericsson AB, Huawei Technologies
Co., Ltd, NEC Corporation, Nortel Networks
SA and Siemens AG. When referred to individually,
the term "Party" is used.
The terms "RE" and "REC"
shall mean Radio Equipment and Radio Equipment
Control as described and/or specified
in the "Specification" section
of the CPRI homepage
(see www.cpri.info/spec.html).

The CPRI Specification versions 1.4, 2.1, and 3.0 are now
available for download on the Specification section of this homepage.
A variety of CPRI products have been made available to the market by
the individual CPRI Parties.

CPRI specifications version 1.4, 2.1, and 3.0 are now available for
download. Version 3.0 contains the addition of WiMAX, an increase in the line bit rate and the inclusion of change requests. Version 1.4 and 2.1 is unchanged.
