CPRI Trademark
Use of the CPRI Trademark
The Parties have agreed that
in any promotion of the Specification,
the trademark "CPRI" ("Common
Public Radio Interface") shall be
used to identify the Specification solely.
Siemens AG as the owner of the Specification
trademark "CPRI", shall irrevocably
not assert its trademark rights against
any Party or third party, using the trademark
"CPRI" for identifying the agreed
Specification solely.

CPRI cooperation is now working on the inclusion of new features like further line bitrates and GSM support, which will be published in new versions of the CPRI specification in due time.

The CPRI Specification version 4. 1 (in addition to 1.4, 2.1, 3.0 , 4.0 ) is now available for download on the Specification section of this homepage. The new 4. 1 release extends the specification to encompass higher line-rates for LTE (Long Term Evolution). A variety of CPRI products have been made available to the market by the individual CPRI Parties.

CPRI specifications version 1.4, 2.1, and 3.0 are now available for
download. Version 3.0 contains the addition of WiMAX, an increase in the line bit rate and the inclusion of change requests. Version 1.4 and 2.1 is unchanged.
